Shots From Prom Night In Elimination

In Prom Night, there are shots we thought were really good and wanted to re-create in our trailer. There are several shots we used in our trailer that Prom Night had in their trailer. As you see in Prom Night, in the begining of the trailer, they have shots that add to the equilibrium, shots of students in class, in school etc and we also wanted to do the same to show the audience the establishing shot of the location and to show that it is all peaceful and normal.

This shot is of the villan walking with shadow around them. We thought that this shot was good as it adds to the mystery of the villan.

This shot is of a actor trapped in a corner. We thought this shot was good as it would add to the effect of the charcters being chased by the villan.

This shot is of the villan wlaking past a character not knowing the villan has walked past. We thought this shot was good as we wanted to emphasise that the villan was stalking and chasing the characters.

This shot is of the villan going to grab the main female character. We chose this shot as we wanted to show the audiene that the villan was killing the main females friends in order to get to the main girl.

This shot is of the villan slamming the main female characters head. We thought this shot was good as we wanted to show the audience that the villan got the main female character however left this shot til the end of our trailer to have the audience feeling as if they wanted to see more and therefore want to go and watch the film.
